We are a boutique design and construction company based in Black Rock, Melbourne. We are a second generation family owned business that has been trading since 1958.

Our office is made up of a strong team of dedicated professionals who have extensive experience in the design and construction of architecturally designed homes.

OUR HISTORY, CELEBRATING 30 YEARS IN BLACKROCK

In 1958 the Norton Brothers, Ron and John, built their first weatherboard home in Lawborough Ave, Parkdale.

In 1985 David Norton, (second generation) joined in the legacy for design and construction of custom homes and began working for the Norton team.

Over the past five decades the Norton Family have built in excess of 1000 homes. Norton Builders have established themselves with a stable reputation for custom design and construction of homes and townhouses throughout Bayside and surrounding suburbs of Melbourne.

We are proud of our long history in the Melbourne Building Industry and take great pride in the fact that we have many repeat clients that stay in contact and continue to work with us and recommend us to family and friends. Our relationships with suppliers and tradesmen, some exceeding 30 years only enhance the ongoing strong foundation of our family business.
