A boutique design and construction company based in Black Rock, Melbourne, Norton Builders are a second-generation, family-owned business that has been trading since 1958 and encompasses a strong team of dedicated professionals, who have extensive experience in constructing custom designed homes, bringing your dreams into reality.

OUR HISTORY, CELEBRATING 30 YEARS
IN BLACKROCK

In 1958 the Norton brothers, Ron and John, built their first weatherboard home in Lawborough Ave, Parkdale, the home that laid the foundations for the business we operate today.

In 1985 David Norton, (second generation) joined the business and heads the Norton Builders team to this day. David, possessing an unparalleled level of knowledge and experience, in the residential construction industry, oversees all projects, ensuring the best outcome is achieved for each and every client.

Over the past seven decades the Norton family have built in excess of 1500 homes. Norton Builders have established a stable reputation, for custom designed and constructed homes and townhouses, throughout Bayside Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

We are proud of our long history in the Melbourne building industry and take great pride in the fact that we have many repeat clients, that stay in contact and continue to recommend us to family and friends. Our relationships with suppliers and tradesmen, some now exceeding 30 years, serves to enhance the ongoing strong foundation of our family business.
