1. Site Inspection
Obligation free Inspection of your land to establish size, orientation, fall of land, neighbouring dwellings position, outlooks and views and significant fauna.
4. Working Documentation
Upon clients approval we prepare Building Contract, building specification, working drawings, engineering drawings, colour selections, obtain building permits, and engage in discussions with external consultants for swimming pools and landscaping.
2. Concept Plan
Collaboration between Norton Builders and client to discuss your needs, design, style and specification including budget constraints.
5. Demolition / Construction
Demolition of existing home if required, construction of new home in a fixed time frame as stated in contract, regular site meetings at designated stages.
3. Preliminary Documentation
Sketch plans prepared and adjusted to client’s requirements, soil reports and site surveys, local council dispensations & town planning, energy rating reports and sustainability reports. After an approved design is reached a specification and fixed price quotation is submitted.
Final hand over of your dream home and maintenance period commences.
