Norton Builders constructed two new homes for us one a site located in Beach Road, Black Rock.
Prior to construction, David Norton, the owner of the business, worked very close with the architect involved, and we ended up with a good design and construction plan.
David’s input during the planning approval process with Bayside Council was also significant, and generally assisted to get the project underway in a timely manner.
The subcontractors that were selected to work on the project were a pleasure to deal with, no doubt due to the excellent on-going relationship they have had with Norton Builders, over a long time frame. I must also note that the site was kept clean at all times with no interference to neighbours, etc.
The standard of workmanship was excellent and a few very minor maintenance matters - such as paint touch ups, etc - that applied over the period since the project was completed, were attended to without fuss and quickly after being brought to David’s attention.
Without any question, I would recommend Norton Builders to anybody looking to build a quality new home in the Bayside and surrounding areas.
